Job Summary
RAAK Group of Institutions is seeking a proactive and organized Nodal Officer to coordinate with regulatory authorities, government departments, universities, accreditation agencies, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure timely statutory compliance, maintain institutional records, coordinate inspections, and support academic and administrative excellence across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between RAAK Group of Institutions and external authorities, including AICTE, UGC, NAAC, CBSE, affiliating universities, Directorate of School Education, Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, and other government departments, as applicable.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, compliance documents, and institutional data.
- Coordinate affiliation, accreditation, inspection, and audit processes.
- Maintain documentation related to approvals, licenses, recognition, and regulatory compliance.
- Track deadlines for mandatory submissions and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Academic, Examination, HR, Finance, Admissions, and Administration departments to compile and validate required information.
- Facilitate implementation of government schemes, scholarships, academic initiatives, and institutional projects.
- Organize official meetings with regulatory authorities and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action reports.
- Maintain institutional databases, records, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Prepare presentations, statistical reports, and documentation required by management.
- Coordinate institutional ranking and quality initiatives, including NAAC, NIRF, and other quality assurance frameworks, where applicable.
- Monitor compliance with institutional policies and statutory regulations.
- Support student-related and faculty-related regulatory processes as assigned.
- Perform any additional duties entrusted by the Management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification or training in educational administration, quality assurance, or compliance is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in educational administration, academic coordination, compliance, or institutional liaison.
- Experience working in CBSE schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions is preferred.
- Exposure to accreditation and regulatory processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
