1. Electrician (Solar)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Solar plant installation and electrical wiring work
- Panel connection, inverter installation & testing
- Site electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper safety standards during work
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical work preferred
- Solar installation knowledge will be an advantage
- Field work readiness required
2. Welder
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Structure welding for solar plant installation
- Fabrication and fitting work at site
- Ensure quality welding and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Welding experience preferred
- Ready for outdoor/site work
3. Helper
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist electrician and technician during installation
- Material loading/unloading and site support
- Help in plant setup and maintenance work
Requirements:
- Hardworking and field work ready candidate
4. Sales Manager
Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentive
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and solar sales
- Handle customer meetings and site visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Team coordination and reporting
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Bike mandatory
- Good communication skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
