Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Reporting & Controllership

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Drive MIS reporting, business performance analysis, and variance reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate internal and statutory audits and support audit closures. Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and governance processes. Support controllership activities including compliance, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy. Exposure to Ind AS 116 (Lease Accounting) will be an added advantage.
CA with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and audits. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Retail industry exposure preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
