Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing, and onboarding brands onto the frantiger® platform.
This is a consultative sales role that combines business development, relationship management, inside sales, and account management.
You will work directly with founders, business owners, franchise heads, and expansion managers.
If you enjoy speaking with people, understanding business models, solving problems, and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and approach franchise brands, distributors, manufacturers, and business owners.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business requirements.
- Present frantiger® solutions and platform capabilities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Become a trusted point of contact for brands.
- Follow up consistently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Platform Onboarding
- Assist brands in creating and publishing business opportunity listings.
- Collect required business information and documentation.
- Guide brands through platform workflows and verification processes.
- Support adoption of frantiger® products and services.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Track lead stages and sales activities.
- Submit weekly pipeline and performance reports.
- Ensure follow-ups are never missed.
Ideal Candidate Profile Required
- 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, relationship management, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, and business owners.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, consulting, recruitment, insurance, banking, real estate, or business services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Understanding of franchise and business expansion models.
- Experience handling high-value transactions or consultative sales.
