Job Description
Interio Interiors is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, explaining our interior design services, following up with potential clients, and converting enquiries into projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and calls
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and budget
- Explain interior design services, packages, and project details
- Schedule site visits and client meetings
- Coordinate with the design and project teams
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Negotiate with customers and support project closing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, construction, or related industry is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Malayalam communication is required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
- Responsible, confident, and target-oriented
