What You’ll Do:

Achieving The Bottle Shop revenue Targets.

To manage outlet operations on a day-to-day basis as per the SOP.

To monitor inventory as well as storage of wine as per proper temperature.

To ensure that all wines on the menu are always available and stored at the right temperature.

FIFO to be followed every time we receive and display stock.
-
To ensure high standards of cleanliness & hygiene are always maintained in all areas.
-
Maintaining guest relations and solving guest issues.
-
Assisting to reporting manager to maintain all records like Reco, Tracking, NC & PV sheet.
-
To control & reduce wastage, breakage of wine. To minimize loss due to these factors.

Ensure Sales promotion and schemes are running properly for increasing business as approved by management.

Doing the billing & maintaining all the necessary records as per the processes like Day End Report, NC Bills, Staff Rate coupons etc.

Ensuring self-grooming in place as per HR policies.

Follow any other responsibility delegated by the superior’s time to time.
