Telecalling Executive – Study Abroad
Zeke International Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Study Abroad team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call students and parents from generated leads.
- Explain study-abroad opportunities, courses, countries, and our services.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into counselling appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with counsellors and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- candidates with good communication skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or study-abroad experience is preferred.
