Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Interview)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them make informed educational decisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong counseling abilities, and a proven track record in admissions or educational counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and admission inquiries effectively
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate course information
- Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates through calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain student databases and update CRM records regularly
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Resolve student queries and provide end-to-end admission support
- Guide and mentor junior counsellors whenever required
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, EdTech, or education industry
- Experience in student counseling and lead conversion preferred
