Role & Responsibilities:
- Comfortable with mails/ calls and client handling.
- Major focus would be on handling client queries and resolving them.
- Good written and communication skills in English.
- Multi-tasking through various systems, screens, and tasks during customer interaction.
- Time management and adherence to schedules.
- Should be familiar with technical jargons of IT sector. (Optional but preference over other candidates)
- Quick learner, adequate training will be provided.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Details:
- Experience in customer support is preferrable
- Education qualification - Graduate or above.
- Candidate should be open for background verification/ reference check.
