Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operations of Zilch Café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, leading the team, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations and service standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise service and support teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain restaurant records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
