Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager / Head of Sales to lead the sales function for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, team management expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Drive sales for residential projects including villas, apartments, and plotted developments.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, HNI clients, investors, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities that generate quality leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries through CRM and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue projections, and periodic performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with CRM, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Represent the organization during exhibitions, events, channel partner meets, and corporate presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong network within the real estate industry is an added advantage.
