Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to create high-quality artwork for our custom sportswear products. The role involves designing unique jersey graphics, patterns, and apparel artwork for products such as jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shell pants, and other sportswear. The artwork created will serve as the primary 2D design assets for our customization platform and production workflow. While our products are displayed in a 3D configurator, the designer's responsibility is to create accurate, production-ready 2D artwork that can be applied within our system.
Key Responsibilities
Create custom 2D artwork for sportswear including:
Jerseys
Hoodies
Joggers
Shell Pants
Shorts
Other apparel categories as introduced
- Design unique graphics, textures, patterns, gradients, and visual concepts based on client requirements.
- Recreate customer references into clean, editable vector artwork.
-Develop complex all-over print (AOP) patterns and sportswear graphics.
-Ensure proper alignment, scaling, and continuity of graphics across garment panels.
- Modify existing designs and create multiple color variations.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and customer requirements.
- Organize artwork files systematically for easy integration into the company's workflow.
- Collaborate with the product, production, and 3D teams to ensure artwork meets technical requirements.
Required Skills
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
● Excellent vector illustration and pattern creation skills.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
● Experience in designing all-over prints and sportswear graphics.
● Ability to create clean, production-ready artwork from concepts or references.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
● 2 +years of experience in graphic design, apparel design, or sportswear design.
● Experience working with sublimation apparel or custom sportswear is highly preferred.
● Understanding of garment construction and panel-based artwork placement is an advantage.
● Experience working with apparel templates and production files.

Deliverables The selected designer will create:

● Editable Adobe Illustrator files (.AI) along with required export formats.
Note:
This role focuses exclusively on creating 2D apparel artwork. The designer is not responsible for 3D modeling, UV mapping, or texturing. The final 2D artwork will be used within our apparel customization platform and production workflow, where garments are displayed in a 3D configurator.

● Location: Dehradun (WFO only – no remote)
● Working Days: 5 Days Working
● Timings: 9:30am to 6:30am
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
