Qualification:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Compliance Associate to support regulatory and compliance functions while assisting clients in meeting their legal and statutory obligations. The role involves advisory, compliance management, stakeholder coordination, and a limited business development component to support client relationships and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
- Conduct compliance assessments and support the development and implementation of compliance programs
- Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and industry updates to ensure timely compliance support
- Draft, review, and maintain compliance-related documentation, reports, and policies
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for effective compliance management
- Provide ongoing advisory and compliance support to clients
- Support business development initiatives through client interactions, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for service expansion
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks

Experience:
