Job Title: Office Executive / Lead Handling Executive
Location: Office-based role
About the Role:
We are looking for a sincere and responsible person to handle daily customer enquiries and basic office work.
Our company deals in perfume oils, perfume bottles, caps, pumps, and other perfume-related products. We receive customer enquiries from IndiaMart, Instagram, Facebook ads, calls, and emails. The selected candidate will be responsible for replying to customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating the next steps.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls received from IndiaMart and other platforms
- Reply to IndiaMart enquiries and emails
- Reply to Instagram and Facebook DMs
- Understand customer requirements clearly
- Share product details, pricing, photos, and basic information with customers
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain basic lead records in Excel or notebook
- Coordinate with the office team for orders, samples, dispatch, and payment updates
- Support basic daily office operations
Required Skills:
- Basic communication skills
- Should be comfortable talking to customers on calls
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Excel
- Should be polite, patient, and responsible
- Should be able to follow up with customers regularly
- Prior experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales support, or office work will be preferred
