Mandatory Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or relevant engineering discipline from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and technology solution development.
Strong engineering expertise in React, Java, Python, Postgress, MongoDB (or similar enterprise grade DBs).
Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management (design → build → launch → scale), building and launching at least one production-grade product.
Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Quality assurance, CI/CD, and Agile/DevOps practices.
Expertise in high-performance systems: low latency, horizontal scaling, concurrency (thousands of users) with high availability.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles (secure coding, encryption, IAM)
Strong architecture skills: microservices, APIs, distributed systems Integration.
Team leadership experience with engineering teams
Good communication skills with experience in stakeholder management (at vendor/organization leadership levels)
Preferred (Non Mandatory) Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technologies, EMR/HIS systems, and clinical workflows
- Master’s degree (M.Tech / MS) in Computer Science/IT or related field
MBA (Product/Operations)
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems in production
