- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Generating regular and ad-hoc management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- MIS System Management: Designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Dashboard Development: Creating and updating interactive dashboards to provide clear and concise visual representations of key data points.
- Data Quality and Governance: Implementing processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across the organization.
- Collaboration: Working closely with various departments (e.g., Finance, Operations) to gather data, understand their reporting needs, and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Support: Providing data-driven insights and supporting strategic planning and forecasting activities within the organization.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data management tools, such as advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros), and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- Analytical Skills: A strong analytical and logical mindset for interpreting complex data and generating meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings and reports effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Management: Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field is often required.
