We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused B2B Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing suitable academic programs and career pathways. The candidate will be responsible for handling direct student inquiries, counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring a positive student experience throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert student leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication and support.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student support services.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on educational trends, university programs, and industry opportunities.
