Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview experience
- Facilitate onboarding processes including documentation and induction
- Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy
- Track attendance, leaves, and working hours
- Support payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy
- Handle documentation such as offers letters, contracts, and letters
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Support engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
Qualifications:
- 1 + years of experience in HR or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accountability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
