Job Profile – Accounts Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Prepare Invoices in Zoho Books.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounts in TallyERP.
- Assist in maintaining the cash book and bank book.
- Support the preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- Help in GST data preparation and basic reconciliations under supervision.
- Track invoices and assist in follow-up of receivables and payables.
- Support the CA during the month-end closing activities.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, and accounting records for audit and internal purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the timely collection of bills and documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com
- 1–2 year experience
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and GST
- Basic working knowledge of Tally, Zoho books and MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
