· Conduct in-house student training as per the university curriculum.
· Deliver sessions on communication skills, personality development, workplace readiness, and employability skills.
· Support and co-facilitate corporate training programs.
· Integrate AI tools and technology into training delivery and content development.
· Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and reports.
· Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
· Coordinate with the Training & Placement team to align training with industry requirements.
