- Manage and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors for material procurement and project execution.
- Prepare, review, and update drawings, layouts, and design plans using AutoCAD.
- Track project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining records of purchases and approvals.
- Conduct occasional site visits for measurements and inspections.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve coordination issues.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, interior fit-outs, or related work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to create presentation drawings.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
