Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) cum Project Manager to drive the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web platforms, data systems, and digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Platform Development & Management
- Lead development and maintenance of scalable, responsive web applications
- Ensure performance optimization and seamless user experience
- Manage deployment pipelines and version control
2. Real-Time Systems Development
- Build and manage systems handling real-time data and high user loads
- Develop APIs and scalable backend services
3. Data Management & Dashboards
- Design and manage centralized databases and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and efficient retrieval
4. Geo-Spatial Integration
- Implement geo-tagging and location-based services using mapping technologies
5. Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead development teams, assign tasks, and track progress
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
6. Quality Assurance & Performance
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
- Implement testing, monitoring, and performance optimization
7. Technology Strategy
- Identify and implement modern tools, frameworks, and scalable architectures
8. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery
9. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth handover of systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development and technical leadership roles
Technical Skills
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue
- Backend: Node.js / Java (Spring Boot) / Python (Django/Flask), REST APIs
- Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, CI/CD tools
- GIS & Visualization: Google Maps API / Mapbox, Power BI / Tableau
- Tools: Git, JIRA or similar project management tools
