Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in building responsive, pixel-perfect, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience translating Figma/UI designs into production-ready interfaces, with a strong understanding of frontend architecture, theming, design systems, and modern web development practices.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
⦁ Convert Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-first web
pages.
⦁ Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable frontend architecture.
⦁ Implement custom themes, branding, and design systems.
⦁ Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and performance
optimization.
⦁ Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless UI implementation.
⦁ Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
⦁ Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
⦁ Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
⦁ Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
⦁ Strong understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture (BEM/SMACSS), and
theming.
⦁ Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
⦁ Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Preferred Skills
⦁ Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
⦁ Exposure to enterprise web applications and portals.
⦁ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
