We are looking for an experienced and polite Telecaller with excellent communication skills to handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings over the phone. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, patient-friendly, and have a minimum of 1 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients or leads
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Book and confirm appointments over the phone
- Maintain call records and update patient database
- Explain basic treatment information (if required)
- Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for scheduling
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Soft-spoken and patient-caring nature
- Basic knowledge of data entry and call documentation
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism
