Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Experience with Builder/Developer background is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in Ultra Premium / Luxury Residential Projects preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
