We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Hub Incharge to oversee and manage hub operations across the South Region, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, team coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary
The Regional Hub In charge will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of multiple hubs across the South Region, with Hyderabad serving as the regional base. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining service standards, driving operational efficiency, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee the functioning of all assigned hubs across the South Region.
- Ensure smooth inbound and outbound movement of materials and products.
- Monitor daily operations to achieve productivity and service-level targets.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all hubs.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct regular audits and physical stock verifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Minimize inventory losses, damages, and discrepancies.
Team Leadership
- Manage hub teams, supervisors, and support staff across the region.
- Drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and operational meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor transportation and dispatch activities.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting customer service.
- Optimize resource utilization and operational costs.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports and performance metrics.
- Analyse hub performance data and recommend process improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, dispatches, and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or hub management.
- Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the South Region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
