Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Graphic Designer for the GCoE Business Enablement vertical.
In this role, the designer will work closely with the Branding and Global team and is expected to have strong expertise in brand identity and corporate communication. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design capabilities is needed.
The role requires hands-on experience in developing and executing corporate identity collaterals while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
The designer will work closely with the social media team to support regular posts, campaigns, and updates, ensuring brand alignment across all platforms. Strong knowledge of both print and digital design is essential, along with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual designs that meet stakeholder requirements.
This role demands a concept-driven approach, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives. As branding plays a critical role within the team, the designer is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain high design standards, and mentor junior designers by guiding them on brand consistency and best practices. Offers guidance and support to enhance their technical expertise and creative capabilities, while promoting a culture of continuous growth and teamwork within the design team.
How you'll make an impact

Tools to handle: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign – Advanced, Photoshop, Acrobat DC), Microsoft Suite experience (Word, PPT).

Create brand-aligned designs across print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with corporate identity guidelines.

Create social media carousel posts focused on leadership communication and recruitment initiatives, ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.

Ensure all design work meets Gallagher’s brand guidelines and visual standards, elevating the quality and consistency of Gallagher's brand across all design outputs.

Collaborate closely with executives, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to create compelling presentations and marketing materials that effectively communicate complex information in an engaging, easy-to-understand format.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).

Mentor junior designers to elevate the overall quality of output, ensuring adherence to best practices in layout, typography, color theory, and other design principles, and conducting quality reviews of team outputs.

Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring their design needs are met with creativity, professionalism, and responsiveness, and proactively soliciting feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Adhere to established design processes, ensuring efficient project workflows, timely communication with project stakeholders, and maintaining organized project documentation, including design files, version control, and design briefs.

Continuously evaluate and improve design processes, suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and overall team performance, and developing contingency plans to address potential challenges in design execution.

Contribute to the creative direction of design projects, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table, identifying opportunities for design innovation and experimentation, and incorporating new design trends, technologies, or techniques to improve the visual impact of deliverables.

Take ownership of your own professional growth, actively seeking out opportunities for skill development through workshops, courses, and industry events, and leading or facilitating internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's design capabilities and understanding of industry best practices.
About you

7+ years working majorly on Illustrator, Photoshop with branding knowledge.

Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts/Fine Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Degree: Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.

Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Familiarity with social media, Digital Branding, and Employer Branding concepts is beneficial.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and best practices.

Minimum of 7+ years of professional design experience, focusing on Corporate branding, business presentations, and marketing collaterals.

Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of iconography, typography, color theory, space, and texture.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends.
