Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid: Field & Back-Office)
Job Summary

This role is a unique blend of back-office strategy, proactive phone outreach, and face-to-face field marketing. You will be responsible for managing our digital presence while also acting as a brand ambassador in the local community.
Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & Field Marketing
- Active Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and follow-up calls to nurture leads and schedule appointments for the managment team.
- Field Representation: Visit local businesses, partners, or event sites to distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing on-site promotional events, trade shows, or pop-up marketing activities.
- Lead Capture: Proactively gather contact information from potential clients during field visits and community interactions.
2. Social Media & Digital Support
- Content Management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative Coordination: Work with designers to ensure marketing assets align with our field goals.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and inquiries across social channels to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Reporting: Track social media metrics and prepare weekly performance summaries.
3. Sales Operations & Back-Office
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the database with fresh leads gathered from calls and field visits.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations to track the ROI of field activities.
- Email Marketing: Support the execution of email campaigns to keep our audience engaged.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills; comfortable with cold calling and speaking to strangers in person.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Ability to travel with team or without team
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local field visits.
- Resilience: A positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to handle "no" and keep pushing forward.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, marketing support, or customer-facing roles preferred.
