We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and contribute to organizational growth through effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and headhunting techniques.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements within defined timelines.
- Utilize LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and networking strategies to identify quality talent.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and LinkedIn.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful hiring closures.
