Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for the Pre-Fabricated Portable Cabin industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for portable cabins, site offices, security cabins, labour camps, modular structures, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, infrastructure, construction, and government sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, project consultants, architects, and institutional clients.
- Handle inquiries related to portable cabins, modular offices, container offices, prefab structures, and customized solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Arrange client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up on leads received through websites, references, GEM Portal, tenders, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain sales records, customer database, and daily reporting.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Support payment collection and after-sales service coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Understanding of Pre-Fabricated Portable Cabin or Modular Construction industry preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email communication, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Pre-Fabricated Portable Cabin, Modular Construction, Portable Office, PEB, Infrastructure, or Construction industry preferred.
