Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with corporate donors, CSR heads, and funding partners
- Develop and pitch fundraising proposals, presentations, and partnership concepts
- Manage end-to-end donor engagement including meetings, follow-ups, reporting, and renewals
- Support employee engagement and volunteering initiatives with corporate partners
- Coordinate with internal program teams for impact data, reports, and storytelling
- Track fundraising pipelines, donor commitments, and partnership milestones
- Represent at networking events, CSR forums, and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
Masters degree (MBA/MSW/Development Studies) preferred.
Relevant experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or donor management may be considered in
lieu of advanced qualifications.
