We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining company services/products, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Follow up with existing and new clients
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
