HCN News is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our growing media team. If you have a strong interest in digital content, news production, YouTube videos, and social media storytelling, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the news and media industry.
Software Requirements
- Final Cut Pro (FCP) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Edit news videos, YouTube content, shorts, reels, and social media videos
- Transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual content
- Add transitions, captions, graphics, sound effects, and music where required
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain consistency with HCN News branding and editorial guidelines
- Collaborate with reporters, producers, and the creative team to develop compelling content
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using FCP or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of video formats, timelines, transitions, and audio synchronization
- Knowledge of basic color correction and visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
