Seafood Export Production Supervisor
Directly oversees daily processing, packaging, and inventory activities to ensure production targets and dispatch schedules are met. This includes supervising and coordinating production teams to hit output goals, training and evaluating floor staff, and maintaining a smooth process flow while resolving line blockages as they occur.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track material usage (ice, cartons, packaging) and maintain accurate in-process inventory records.
- Monitor and record daily production metrics — kilograms of raw material received, kilograms processed, packed, and rejected.
- Ensure processing follows HACCP, FDA/export certification, and company hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate shift handovers with clear documentation for the next shift.
- Enforce safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices on the floor.
In practice, Daily DPR should capture:
- Supplier purchase bill quantity vs. actual weighed intake
- Kilos processed and packed by product grade/category
- Rejection/wastage kilos and yield percentage.
- On-time submission to the MD.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
