Technical Recruiter – US Staffing (Remote)

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for both IT and Non-IT full-time positionsacross the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT and Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process through offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience working on full-time/permanent positions.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
