Customer Handling & Support
- Attend customer inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide information regarding products, pricing, offers, and services.
- Guide customers in selecting sweets, snacks, gift hampers, and special orders.
- Ensure courteous and professional communication with customers.
2. Complaint Resolution
- Address customer complaints related to product quality, delays, packaging, or service issues.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate critical issues to management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure and satisfaction.
3. Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and outlet teams for order fulfillment.
- Track delivery status and update customers regarding timelines.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
5. Product Knowledge
- Maintain detailed knowledge of sweets, snacks, seasonal products, gift boxes, and special offerings.
- Explain ingredients, shelf life, storage instructions, and promotions to customers.
6. Billing & Coordination
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams regarding payment issues.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of complaints, feedback, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer issues and resolutions.
- Update CRM systems or customer records as required.
8. Service Quality Maintenance
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- PUC / Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service, retail, food industry, or hospitality preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
