Requirements:
· Strong expertise in lead generation, qualification, and management across industrial rooftop and ground‑mounted solar EPC projects.
· Ability to build, train, and manage a sales team working on the ground, ensuring targets are met consistently.
· Excellent client relationship management skills with proven ability to convert leads into long‑term business partnerships.
· Deep understanding of solar EPC market dynamics, subsidy schemes, and competitive positioning.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with corporate clients, vendors, and government authorities.
· Experience in sales strategy development, pipeline forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
· Capability to coordinate between design, execution, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
· MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing is highly desirable.
· Experience:
· Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the renewable energy or EPC sector.
· Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing large industrial/ground‑mounted solar projects.
· Prior experience in managing and mentoring sales teams on the ground.
· Technical & Market Knowledge:
· Understanding of solar EPC workflows, subsidy schemes, and government policies.
· Familiarity with industrial rooftop and ground‑mounted project requirements.
· Ability to coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
· Soft Skills:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Leadership qualities with ability to build and motivate teams.
· High energy, target‑driven mindset, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
