Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring effective time management.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or escalating as appropriate.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and business documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Arrange and manage Board Meetings, leadership meetings, and client meetings.
- Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the MD's office.
Business & Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
- Track key projects and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and expense management.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Coordinate VIP visits and important business events.
- Ensure professional communication and representation of the MD's office.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Coordinator supporting senior leadership.
- Experience supporting CXO-level executives is preferred.
Required Skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
