Job Title: 3D Designer (Architecture & Interiors)
We are seeking a Creative 3D Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience to develop high-quality, realistic 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for various architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, lighting, and textures, and the ability to transform 2D plans and conceptual ideas into stunning photorealistic visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic 3D models, exterior/interior renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups to achieve realistic visual output.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Read and accurately interpret 2D CAD drawings, blueprints, and sketches to build 3D models.
- Make revisions and refinements based on client or team feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Visualizer, specifically in the architecture and interior design industry.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard software such as:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion
- AutoCAD (for reading and importing layouts)
- Adobe Photoshop (for post-production and retouching)
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D architectural and interior renderings is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong understanding of spatial design, proportions, lighting, colors, and materials.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
