Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical hospital positions.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and implement annual training calendars.
- Coordinate induction programs for new employees.
- Organize clinical, non-clinical, statutory, compliance, and behavioral training sessions.
- Coordinate internal and external trainers.
- Maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.
- Support competency mapping and employee skill development initiatives.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Support performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, accreditation standards, and hospital HR policies.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- HR certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment and training experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Experience in hiring doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and support staff is preferred.
