About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEBI Registered Research Analyst (RA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in equity research, stock market analysis, investment recommendations, and financial modeling. The candidate will be responsible for providing research-backed insights and maintaining compliance with SEBI regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of listed companies.
- Prepare detailed research reports and investment recommendations.
- Track market trends, economic developments, and corporate announcements.
- Analyze financial statements, annual reports, and earnings results.
- Create stock recommendations for short-term, medium-term, and long-term investments.
- Ensure all research activities comply with SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.
- Participate in client discussions, webinars, and market outlook sessions.
- Maintain research documentation and compliance records.
Requirements
- Valid SEBI Research Analyst Registration (Mandatory).
- NISM Research Analyst Certification.
- Strong understanding of Indian equity markets.
- Experience in stock research, portfolio analysis, and investment advisory.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and research tools.
- Ability to independently generate investment ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CA, MBA Finance, CFP, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap stock analysis.
- Prior experience in an investment advisory or research firm.
