Job Summary:
Yashodhan Nagari Sahkari Patsanstha Maryadit, Solapur is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Officer to join our team. The role involves managing insurance services, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth policy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain insurance policies and records
- Guide customers in selecting suitable insurance plans
- Process policy applications, renewals, and updates
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt solutions
- Assist in claim processing and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in insurance or financial services (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
