Role Overview
Luxure Nest India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Retail Leasing Consultant with 9–10 years of strong, relevant experience in retail leasing to support and drive retail leasing mandates.
The ideal candidate will have an established understanding of the retail real estate market, strong relationships with retailers, brands, landlords and developers, and the ability to independently manage leasing opportunities from lead generation through closure.
The role will initially be structured on a service-retainer basis, offering flexibility in working arrangements. Based on experience, performance and business requirements, the company may also consider a reasonable fixed/base salary component.
Key Responsibilities1. Retail Leasing & Business Development
- Identify and develop retail leasing opportunities across Delhi NCR and other relevant markets.
- Source potential tenants, retailers, brands, F&B operators and other occupiers.
- Generate new leasing mandates through existing relationships and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of retail leasing opportunities.
- Identify suitable brands for available retail spaces based on location, catchment and asset positioning.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors and retail brands.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate leasing solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the leasing process.
- Coordinate between landlords, tenants, legal teams and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
3. Transaction Management
- Lead leasing negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate site visits, proposals, commercial terms and negotiations.
- Support clients and brands through the complete transaction lifecycle.
- Follow up on documentation, LOIs, agreements and transaction closures.
- Ensure timely conversion of qualified leasing opportunities into successful transactions.
4. Market Intelligence
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR retail leasing market.
- Track rental trends, vacancy levels, new developments, upcoming malls/high streets and competing assets.
- Monitor retailer expansion plans and identify emerging brands and market opportunities.
- Provide insights to management on market trends and potential business opportunities.
5. Relationship & Network Development
- Leverage an existing network of retailers, brand representatives, landlords, developers and investors.
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the retail ecosystem.
- Represent Luxure Nest professionally in relevant industry meetings and networking forums.
Skills Required:
- 9–10 years of relevant experience specifically in retail leasing.
- Strong understanding of retail real estate and leasing transactions.
- Established network of retail brands, landlords and developers.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to generate and close leasing transactions.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR retail markets will be highly preferred.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong business development and networking capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a well-connected retail leasing professional who can independently bring business opportunities, manage client relationships and drive transactions to closure.
Candidates with an established retailer/brand network and proven transaction track record will be preferred.
Engagement Structure
The position will initially be offered on a service-retainer model, providing flexibility and allowing the candidate to work without the requirement of full-time office presence.
Depending on the candidate's experience, network, contribution and business requirements, a reasonable base salary component may also be considered.
The engagement structure and commercial terms will be mutually discussed based on the candidate's profile and expected business contribution.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
