- Design and develop custom automation machines for medical device manufacturing.
- Design mechanical assemblies, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and precision motion systems.
- Select and integrate motors, gearboxes, linear actuators, bearings, and transmission components.
- Design electrical control panels, wiring layouts, and power distribution systems.
- Select and integrate sensors (proximity, photoelectric, pressure, force, temperature, vision, etc.).
- Develop PLC and HMI programs for machine control.
- Integrate servo motors, stepper motors, VFDs, and pneumatic systems.
- Develop machine sequences, interlocks, and safety logic.
- Perform machine commissioning, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement design improvements.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Work with suppliers for component selection and machine fabrication.
- Support machine validation, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and installation
Pay: ₹15,282.38 - ₹18,022.90 per month
