Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and overall academic performance. The ideal candidate will ensure high teaching standards and support faculty in delivering quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and structure the academic curriculum for the year
- Monitor classroom teaching and ensure quality delivery
- Conduct teacher evaluations and provide mentoring
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic reporting
- Organize academic events, workshops, and school programs
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an academic role
- B.Ed qualification is mandatory
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good computer proficiency
- Ability to manage and guide teaching staff effectively
