Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / GM – HR & Admin
Key Responsibilities:
*Axpert Softwear knowledge must
* End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manpower planning & interview coordination
* Payroll processing & statutory compliance
* Organization Development (OD) activities
* Employee engagement & HR operations
* PMS/KRA/KPI coordination
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge in Recruitment, OD & Payroll
* Good communication & coordination skills
* HRMS & MS Excel knowledge
* Experience in manufacturing/knitwear industry preferred
