Paper Shadow Architects is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction and project management team for high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Site execution and construction supervision
- Project planning, monitoring, and coordination
- Quality control and adherence to specifications
- Contractor and subcontractor management
- Material planning and resource coordination
- Progress reporting and documentation
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience, OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site management
- Ability to handle project execution independently
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise projects
- Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
