Key Roles and Responsibilities
Transportation Services
- Safely transport students, faculty, staff, management, and guests as assigned.
- Operate institution vehicles in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
- Assist during official visits, events, meetings, and institutional programs.
- Conduct daily inspection of vehicles before operation.
- Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and other essential systems.
- Keep vehicles clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
- Report vehicle defects, repairs, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Maintain a valid driving license and all required vehicle documents.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, mileage records, fuel consumption records, and trip details.
- Follow all road safety regulations and institutional transport policies.
- Adhere to speed limits and defensive driving practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) or Heavy Vehicle Driving License, as applicable.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Institutional working experience minimum 5 years.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
