We are looking for an experienced EDI Developer / Integration Specialist with hands-on expertise in the HQX platform to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade EDI integrations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling seamless B2B data exchange, ensuring reliable communication with trading partners, and integrating EDI processes with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or other enterprise platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI integrations using the HQX platform.
- Implement and support standard EDI transaction sets such as 850 (Purchase Order), 810 (Invoice), 856 (ASN), and 855 (Order Acknowledgement).
- Perform EDI mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure accurate data exchange.
- Collaborate with trading partners to establish and maintain EDI connections.
- Configure and manage communication protocols and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
- Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of partner integrations.
- Integrate EDI workflows with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) and other enterprise applications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure end-to-end data flow across systems.
- Support enhancements and upgrades related to EDI and ERP integrations.
- Monitor EDI transactions and proactively identify failures or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data errors.
- Provide production support and ensure high availability of EDI processes.
- Strong experience in EDI integrations and B2B data exchange
- Hands-on experience with HQX EDI platform
- Experience working with EDI transaction sets (850, 810, 856, 855, etc.)
- Expertise in EDI mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting
- Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or similar platforms
- Understanding of data exchange protocols and integration patterns
- Experience with JD Edwards integration
- Knowledge of API and middleware-based integrations
- Exposure to B2B integration frameworks and tools
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into EDI solutions
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
