Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling products directly to manufacturing industries. The role involves identifying new industrial customers, managing key accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales targets while building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new industrial customers.
- Generate business from manufacturing companies across assigned territories.
- Develop long-term partnerships with factories and production units.
- Expand the company's industrial customer base.
Sales & Customer Management
- Conduct regular factory visits and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, plant heads, and business owners.

- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Submit regular market feedback and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of Industrial B2B Sales experience.
- Experience selling directly to manufacturing companies.
- Experience in FMCG, chemicals, perfumes, industrial products, or packaging is preferred.
